iRelaunch General Marketing Release

Our team is delighted that you have agreed to share your commentary and, if applicable, your photograph and/or video with us and our audience. We will refer to all of the materials you have shared with us as “Commentary” for purposes of this release.

iRelaunch would like to use your Commentary in furtherance of iRelaunch’s marketing, constituent education, and other objectives. To that end, we ask for your irrevocable, non-exclusive, perpetual, world-wide, royalty-free, fully paid-up, transferable license and permission as follows.

You hereby give permission to iRelaunch to post your Commentary on the iRelaunch website, any successor website or online location, and any related websites, channel-based messaging platforms/forums, and other digital platforms, outlets, or online locations; in iRelaunch’s newsletters, eblasts, and marketing materials; and on iRelaunch’s current or future social media channels and digital outlets. You further permit iRelaunch:

(1) To maintain in perpetuity copies of your Commentary in the archives of iRelaunch, and to make preservation copies of your Commentary; and to allow access and other uses of your Commentary consistent with iRelaunch’s standard practices for such items in its archives.

(2) To reproduce, exhibit, distribute, broadcast, digitize, edit, present, or otherwise use your Commentary in whole or in part, for any marketing, constituent education, or other purposes of iRelaunch, by any method and in any media, whether now existing or later created (including by digital or interactive media transmission) without obligation to you or to any other person or firm or subject to other restriction. Among other activities, iRelaunch may, in whole or part, post your Commentary on its current or future website, social media channels, channel-based messaging platforms/forums, and other digital platforms, outlets, or online locations; publish your Commentary in its newsletters, eblasts, and marketing materials; display your Commentary at one or more live in-person or virtual events; and incorporate your Commentary into a video or other digitized format for transmission through YouTube, iTunes, or any other means for making recordings publicly accessible.

You affirm that you have all necessary rights to grant all of the above described rights and permissions to iRelaunch.
