Important Dates

  • Late August – Sarah Mills will send all sponsors an iRelaunch-created graphic with accompanying language for you to post on social media to promote your firm’s participation in the Conference
  • Late August/ early September – Sponsors with speaking roles (Lead and Partner level) identify their speakers and send name, title, photo, and bio to smills@irelaunch.com
  • Wednesday, September 22 – Initial relauncher registration list (demographics) sent to sponsors, later versions will follow; each sponsor’s booth owner can also access the same relauncher registration data directly through their booth
  • Monday, September 27 – Virtual booths should be completed by each sponsor
  • Thursday, September 30, at 2:00pm ET – Live zoom training call for representatives who will be in your booth and would like to know how to chat with relaunchers at the Conference. If you or a colleague would like to attend, please email Sarah Mills at smills@irelaunch.com by Wednesday, September 29 by 5pm ET
  • Friday, October 1 – Updated relauncher registration list (demographics) sent to sponsors
  • Friday, October 1 – Registration closes at 11:59pm ET
  • Friday, October 8 – Final relauncher registration list and booth activity reports will be sent to all sponsors


Conference Dates

  • Tuesday, October 5 – Content only – no recruiting happening on this day
  • Wednesday, October 6 – Content only – no recruiting happening on this day
  • Thursday, October 7 – RECRUITING DAY – Please have your virtual booth staffed from 11:00 am ET to 5:00 pm ET (see “STAFFING YOUR BOOTH,” below)

Log In

How to LOG IN to BRAZEN for Booth Owners and Representatives.

Booth Owners – Responsible for building out your company’s virtual booth with graphics and content. Once Sarah Mills adds you as a booth owner, please look for the email sent to you from notifications@brazen.com and log in to the platform through this email. If you don’t already have an account with Brazen you will need to create one. Follow the instructions in the email for how to create your account and build out your virtual booth.

  • Troubleshooting - If you think the email got stuck in your company’s firewall, please contact repsupport@brazen.com and then can re-send you a unique URL to log in to Brazen.

Representatives – Responsible for chatting with relaunchers on October 7. Important Note: Representatives need to be added to the booth by the booth owner. Once you have been added, look for the email sent from notifications@brazen.com to indicate you have been added as a representative and log in to Brazen through that email. If you don’t already have an account with Brazen you will need to create one. Follow the instructions in the email for how to create your Brazen account and representative profile.

  • Troubleshooting - If you have not received the email, first contact your booth owner to make sure you have been added as a representative. If you have been added but still have not received the email, please contact repsupport@brazen.com and they can send you a unique URL to log in to Brazen.


Staffing Your Booth

We recommend that you staff your booth with at least 3 representatives every hour. Sarah Mills will go over staffing your booth during your private Brazen training call with her.

Content Days - Sponsor Green Room

If anyone from your company would like to watch any of the sessions delivered on our two content days, please email Sarah Mills at smills@irelaunch.com by 12:00 pm ET on Monday, October 4. Sarah will add you to the sponsor green room which gives you access to our live content on October 5 & 6.

Representative Training - How to Chat with Relaunchers

Sarah Mills will conduct a representative training session on Zoom, Thursday, September 30 at 2:00 pm ET for 45 minutes. This is an important session to attend for all representatives and booth owners who would like to learn best practices for chatting with relaunchers at the Conference.

If you would like to join, email Sarah at smills@irelaunch.com by Wednesday, September 29 by 5pm ET so she can add you to the calendar invite.

The recording link and slides will be sent out after the session if requested.

Registration has opened. Relaunchers who complete their Brazen profile will be able to “walk around” the virtual booths and start to learn about what your company has to offer.

Downloading Relauncher Registration (Profile) Information - Only for Booth Owners

TO SEE WHO HAS REGISTERED FOR THE CONFERENCE AND READ THROUGH THEIR REGISTRATION PROFILE, please follow these steps:

  1. Log in to Brazen with your credentials through the following link (https://app.brazenconnect.com/cc/#!login)
  2. In the upper right corner of the screen make sure you are on the correct month (October).
  3. When you see the event come up on your screen click the EDIT button below the title of your booth. Please note: ONLY Booth Owners can download the relauncher registration profiles in a booth
  4. On the left menu bar, click the DOWNLOADS tab
  5. Select the Event Participation (csv) tab and click the orange DOWNLOAD button to see the registration profiles
  6. Select the Participant Registration Documents and click the orange DOWNLOAD button to see all the resumes which have been uploaded to date

Look through the downloaded spreadsheet and identify anyone you would like to meet at the Conference by following the instructions below on how to schedule chats.

There are a couple of benefits for the reviewing the advanced registration profiles.

  1. Assessing the skill sets of the relaunchers attending and pre-scheduling chats with those you identify.
  2. Sending a welcome message with your company’s RTW information to all the registered relaunchers encouraging them to come talk to you in the
    booth


For Representatives: How to (Pre) Schedule Chats with Relaunchers for October 7th

Please note it is not necessary to pre-schedule chats with relaunchers. You may also have representatives participate in booth chats which will occur on October 7th during the live Conference. To participate in a booth chat representatives should log in to Brazen (on October 7th between 11 am ET – 5 pm ET), enter their company’s booth, and select the GREEN chat button at the top of the screen. Representatives and relaunchers will be placed together in a private chat when both parties are available to chat. All chats are one-on-one.

Prior to the Conference’s October 7th recruiting day, you can review registrants’ profiles and resumes and send out invitations to them to select any of your available Scheduled Chat time slots. Time slots are automatically generated based on the Scheduled Chat settings that we have determined. Candidates simply choose a time slot that works for them to have a Scheduled Chat with you.

Social Posts

iRelaunch will create custom graphics and language for all sponsors to share through your social media channels. This is a great way to let your community know that you are sponsoring the Conference. Please be sure to tag iRelaunch in any posts you share on social media.


Speaking Roles

Those sponsors who have speaking roles on our employer panels at the Conference (Lead and Partner level sponsors) should have their speaker identified and should send a head shot and short bio (written in the 3rd person) to Sarah Mills by late August/ early September. The purpose of the employer panels is to hear about employers' re-entry or direct hire programs and what sponsors are looking for in candidates.

Your panelist will need to participate in two prep calls prior to the Conference to prepare for their panel role. All Employer panels will take place on Wednesday, October 6, between 12:30 pm ET and 4:30 pm ET. As soon as the panels are set you will receive an email from Sarah Mills with your panelists’ time.

  1. Panel Prep call – the moderator of your panel will reach out to all your panelists in mid-September to schedule your panel prep call. This call will focus on the format and content of your panel
  2. Tech Run – Sarah Mills will schedule a 15-minute call with all panelists to make sure the panelist can log in to Brazen and enable their camera.


Attendee Information

About 2 weeks and 1 week before the Conference, Sarah Mills will send an Excel spreadsheet with the registration profiles of all the relaunchers to date who have registered for the Conference. A final Excel spreadsheet will be sent following the conference.
