Team Spotlight: Laura Marenghi

I started as iRelaunch’s Chief of Staff in August 2021 and have jumped right in, connecting with clients and shadowing Carol as she facilitates sessions with relaunchers, managers, and recruiters. It’s been a privilege seeing Carol in action and hearing the relaunchers tell their stories.

Prior to joining iRelaunch, I handled logistics and content creation for workshops, webinars, coaching engagements, and consulting projects related to onboarding and leadership development. In this capacity, I reinvented an e-learning course and transformed in-person workshops into fully virtual programs. I began my career on the editorial team of an educational publishing firm, where I started to hone my attention to detail and project management skills.

During my spare time, I can often be found sitting somewhere cozy with a book or in the kitchen trying out vegetarian recipes. When the weather permits, I try to be outdoors as much as possible and enjoy exploring new places to go for walks.
