 Suzanne Coonan, PHR
Chicago Coach
Suzanne Coonan is Vice President - Human Resources at Lake Forest Graduate School of Management, an MBA school dedicated to helping improve people's lives through education. She is responsible for all aspects of human resources at the School including recruiting, compensation and benefits, training and development, legal and compliance, employee relations, and talent management.
She has nearly 20 years of experience in the human resources field including past positions at a legal publishing company, a technology consulting firm, and at Hewitt, a benefits outsourcing and consulting firm.
Suzanne is also an executive, career and life coach and is an adjunct consultant with Impact Group, an outplacement firm that helps move people through transition. Her clients include individuals from Allstate, Fidelity Life, Grainger and Wrigley, among others.
Suzanne holds a Bachelor's degree from Northwestern University and is certified as a Professional in Human Resources (PHR) from the Human Resources Certification Institute. She is also a graduate of the Corporate Coach U Coaching program and is a member of the International Coaching Federation.
 Amy Gleklen, ACC, MBA, MS
iRelaunch Director of Coaching and Washington, DC coach Amy is a certified leadership coach specializing in career and leadership coaching and founder of Next Game Plan. Amy's passion is working with people to help them discover their unique next game plan, whether in a new career or moving to the next level of leadership. She created a career exploration and transition coaching program to help get clients in their "career zone." As a leadership coach, Amy partners with clients, leveraging strengths and identifying areas for development, to help them become better and more successful managers and leaders. In addition to working with clients individually, Amy has created and leads a variety of workshops. She co-developed the Relaunch Circles Workshop series and is a workshop facilitator for iRelaunch in the DC area. Amy is one of a select few career coaches recommended by the Wharton Alumni Career Management Office. Amy has followed her own playbook with over 20 years of corporate, small business, and nonprofit experience, including Merrill Lynch; Biden for President; Booz, Allen & Hamilton; and as director of a DC-based nonprofit. Her background includes leadership roles in management, finance, sales and operations. Her education includes an MBA from Wharton Business School, a Masters degree in Counseling from Johns Hopkins, and leadership coaching certification through Georgetown University. She is an ACC ICF certified coach and certified in a variety of assessments including Myers-Briggs, Strong Interest Inventory and Leadership Circle 360. She completed a 12-week course on Positive Psychology through the University of Pennsylvania. Amy has been married for 20 years and has four children ages 16, 14, 11 and 8.
 Lisa Chenofsky Singer, ICC New Jersey Coach Lisa Chenofsky Singer has created her own alternative work life balance when she began her family. Her two children have shifted how Lisa has managed her career between corporate life and consulting. Lisa's work in a wide variety of sectors - consumer goods, healthcare, financial services, medical, life sciences, pharmaceutical, media and entertainment, publishing, professional services, technology, and non-profit environments - has enabled Lisa to leverage her unique ability to bring together wide-ranging perspectives on executive and leadership development, transition and career coaching, and human resources consulting. Her previous experience as a Human Resources Executive, coupled with her entrepreneurial spirit has led to her own practice, Chenofsky Singer & Associates, LLC offering: Executive Coaching, Career Management & Transition Coaching and Human Resources Consulting. Lisa is a contributor to the Star Ledger (NJ.com), a regular columnist “Ask the Career Coach” for Patch.com and “Career Rx” for theAlternativePress.com. She speaks frequently on job search, motivation, communication, and career-related topics. Lisa is completing her Masters in Communications; has studied Organizational Psychology at Columbia University; is certified as an International Certified Coach (ICC) from the International Coach Institute, LLC; and as an Executive Coach from iCoach & Baruch's Zicklin School's acclaimed program.
