("iRelaunch") is committed to protecting the privacy of personal data collected at this Web site ("Site"), both for those who fill out the iRelaunch registration form and become an iRelaunch member ("Member" or "You") as well as for non-Member visitors to this Site ("Visitors"). This Privacy Policy summarizes the policies of this Site regarding the collection, use, and transfer of personal data and regarding security measures iRelaunch employs to protect such personal data. Collection of Information
This Site collects a variety of personal data, such as name, address, e-mail address, telephone number, and other information from Members. Personal data typically is collected as part of the registration process for Members, but also can be collected when comments or other communications are submitted to this Site by Members or Visitors, through a Members participation in discussion areas, such as Ask the Relaunch Experts, Career Break Communities and Share Your Ideas ("Discussion Areas"), or otherwise. Before such personal data is collected, Members and Visitors will be told the purpose for which the data will be used and will have the choice of whether to provide such data to iRelaunch. In general, iRelaunch collects personal data for the following purposes: career break connections and related activities. Please note that if the Member or Visitor decides not to provide such information, the Member or Visitor will not be able to fully use the features of this Site. Also, be sure to take care in choosing Your Discussion Area name so it does not identify You, because that name will be associated with any contributions You make to such Discussion Areas; that name and the contribution You make may be posted on this Site for others to see, both at the time such contributions are made and in the future in the form of archives. This Site logs IP addresses and browser information for purposes of system administration, identifying technical difficulties, evaluating traffic patterns and usage of this Site, and otherwise providing content relevant to visitors to this Site.
"Cookies" are small pieces of information that are stored by your browser on your computer's hard drive. Cookies are often used by e-commerce web sites to "remember" information about past interactions to improve the level of service for future interactions. iRelaunch's cookies do not contain any other personally-identifying information. Use, Disclosure, and Transfer of Personal Data
You hereby agree that iRelaunch may collect, use, store, maintain, transfer, and delete Your personal data in accordance with this Privacy Policy. iRelaunch collects personal data for use in connection with its operation of career break connections for mid-career professionals on career break. iRelaunch will release personal data protected by Your User ID and password to iRelaunch clients (potential employers) or other third parties (iRelaunch business partners) only with Your express consent, unless releasing such information is otherwise required by applicable law, statute, regulation, ordinance, or court order. Where iRelaunch does release Your personal data to iRelaunch clients or business partners, iRelaunch will first require them to agree to use such personal data in accordance with this Privacy Policy and only for the purposes for which it was collected. By agreeing to this Privacy Policy, You also consent to the transfer of Your personal data to iRelaunch, its partners, and its clients in order to deliver iRelaunch's services to You.
iRelaunch reserves the right to use aggregated data (data that is not individually identifiable). Such aggregate uses could include, but are not limited to, making iRelaunch's capabilities known to potential hiring companies or existing clients (for example, "we have X number traders registered with backgrounds and skills within your requirements.") and otherwise meeting iRelaunch's marketing and business objectives.
Accessing, Modifying, or Removing Your Information
Under applicable laws, statutes, regulations, or ordinances, You may have the right to (i) check whether iRelaunch holds personal data about You, (ii) access such personal data, and (iii) correct any personal data about You that is inaccurate.
If the information You provide through registration changes or becomes inaccurate, please send an email to register@iRelaunch.com, put "Update Member Profile" in the subject line of that e-mail, and include Your full name, Your User ID, and the information update(s) in the body of the message.
If You would like iRelaunch to delete Your registration profile from the iRelaunch database, please send an e-mail message to info@iRelaunch.com, put "Remove User" in the subject line of that e-mail, and include Your full name, Your User ID, and Your phone number in the body of the message.

User ID and Password Protection
All personal data that You provide in the registration process is associated with and protected by a User ID and password, both of which You choose. You may access Your own information any time with Your User ID and password. Only personnel of iRelaunch may directly access Your personal data provided through registration.
If You forget Your password, please send us an email at info@irelaunch.com, put "Forgot Password" in the subject line of that email and include either your User ID, or your First and Last name plus Preferred email Address in the body of the message. We will email your information to your Preferred email address within 24 hours.
iRelaunch reserves the right to change User IDs and Passwords at any time to protect the security of this Site. To help protect Your information, You must:
Keep Your User ID and password confidential; and
Contact us immediately at info@iRelaunch.com if You know or suspect that Your User ID or password has been compromised.
Data Security and Integrity
When You provide personal data to this Site via registration, such data is stored on secured servers that may be located overseas but that are protected by this Privacy Policy. iRelaunch takes reasonable steps to protect Your personal data from loss, misuse, or other unauthorized uses, and to remove Your personal data when it is no longer required for its intended purposes. iRelaunch cannot, however, guarantee that loss, misuse, or unauthorized use will never occur (e.g., that someone will not overcome our security measures), and makes no representations or warranties to this effect.
